R9 150cc looking for name of part and part

Hello, I'm buying an R9150cc and the area above/next to the right handlebar, blue plastic piece, has a portion broken out and it's cracked.  What is this piece called?  Maybe "front fender upper" or right upper fairing?  I'm in Minnesota and online.  Nothing on eBay.  Any ideas where to find this piece, and it's name?
