My low speed is fine got hit hard this winter with e10 gas. had water in it.
The bike runs fine till it warms up than stalles out.

this happened last spring too. Took it to the dealer last year and it cost $200

He said it was the hight speed needle in the carb.

I drained all the gas out and put new gas in. It runs fine to it warms up.

can I put a aditive in and work it out or how do I take it apart to clean it?

ethanol is alcohol  and  alcohol attracts water.
you should/can  try some 'heet' or 'isoheet' gas line drier

I cleaned it all out and put high test back in. It runs fine til it warms up. than will only run in ldyle and stalls out if I give it any gas. Is the hi speed port clogged? How do I clean it?

It sounds like you have a clogged main jet. That is in the carb. just behind the float bowl (bottom of the carb) it's just a few screws then you will see the brass jet. unscrew it and clear it out. It might not look clogged but there might be some build up on the walls of the hole that restricts the flow of gas.
