Greetings, I own a "few" properties, and I recently picked up the TGB Outback 425c for myself and after putting it through its paces on some of these properties decided to pick up the Camo Edition for my wife.  I love these machines.  They have great power, and can do almost anything that my tractors can accomplist...only in a faster time.  I have recently found a site that carries mounting plates for plows, winches and other accessories for the TGB.  I understand that this is a relatively new unit to the ATV community, and I am waiting for other manufacturers of after market accessories to jump on the band wagon to start putting on the market what is needed for this ATV to be as common place as the "Name Brands".  I have people who weld, and can construct whatever it is that I need to accomodate most accessories, however, this is the ONLY downfall I am finding with this machine so far to date.  I am looking forward to taking her out and challenging some of my friends who have "other" makes of ATV.  I am certain that I will be able to compete with if not exceed anything that their ATV's can accomplish.

My wife and I took our Outbacks out today with a couple of our friends.  One on a  200cc Polaris and another on their Bombadier (monster motor), don't remember what model.  It was great.  I had no problem keeping up on the trails with the speedy polaris and my wife had my daughter on the back of hers (425 camo) and had no problem keeping up with the Bombadier.  We hit mud, snow, ice...you name it, we hit it, caught lots of air.  These machines are great...I was slower off the dead stop than the quick one, but had no problem catching up to it and matching its speed, additionally, my friends arms started to get tired with all the ruts and turns we were making, I felt no arm fatigue and in 4wd it took whatever I threw at it.  All I can say about this machine is that the popular names out there better watch out.  This machine has taken Europe by storm with the models they have released over there and I have no doubt that they will soon take the USA by storm as well.  Only issue to date is that it can be hard to find parts for her and the big name stores don't want to work on them.  I have found an all around ATV mechanic that works on them about 35 minutes from where I live, and have a parts supplier (although sometimes a burden to get him on track) to get me what I need.

If you really put on the miles and hundreds of hours that experienced ATVs do I'm sorry to say that your outbacks will leave you outback ! There have been to many major drive train failures to trust the machine for any period of time spent working w/ the machine and they are under powered the low is to low they vibrate clutch makes nasty sounds and they also have a lot of cheap parts that just do not last. If your a back yard dad doing yard work or go on trail rides once in a while you might be ok. Just sayin Im a mechanic by trade and have put hundreds of hrs and many thousands of miles on several new atvs over the yrs the tgb is the best looking one Ive had but the Honda's out ran and out worked all of them, sell them and buy a Rubicon...
