Hello all,  I have recently purchased a 2006 TGB laser R5 and was wondering what inexpensive modifications (rollers, torque spring, variator, clutch springs) i could add to my scooter to add a little more performance.  I currently own a Kymco S9 also and have fully modded that scooter so i understand the concepts just need to know where i can purchase some parts and for my TGB and any little secrets u may have in regards to inexpensive mods.  I do know that i was not a big fan of the sliders weights.  Not that they r bad but in my kymco the standard roller weights worked better in that engine.  Thanks for any opinions.

hi jmarsalek, welcome to the forum .

have you read the other posts in the R5 section?

also any of the other mods for most of the TGB scooters
101s, Keywest, R5 and others  will work.  all TGB scooters
in the US have the same morini motor with minor modifications ,
mostly in the R50x and that is the final gearing in the transmission.

send me a pm or email if you want parts.
