Can anyone help with setting up the mixture/idle. The scooter is quite difficult to start. Once warm it runs ok but its just starting thats a problem when its cold. Cheers.

start off with a real warm motor ;15 min running or more.
adjust the idle until the rear wheel just starts to move.

see what that does for starting the scooter.
