High RPMs at startup

I added a 70cc malossi big bore kit and I have been jetting the carb and the question I have is this...I experience high rpms when starting cold around 5000 to 6000 rpms. I know it has a auto choke but this seems to high even for that?

generally you adjust the idle screw  when the  motor is
really warm  to about  1600-1700 rpm . 
 make sure you use  the number 9  plug
with a 70 kit or you burn up the piston.

what carb are you using?

 yeah the loss of  the parents is  hard to get passed,
the choking up when you talk about it . takes a few years

After it warms up it goes down to 2000 rpms it just gets that high when i start it up cold. I have the stock mikuni carb on it but i went up to a 80 main jet and a 25 pilot jet and still trying to find the correct pilot jet.

one other question...should i mix extra oil cause its using the stock 49cc oil pump?

still a bit too high, set idle at 1700rpm.
that should bring  the startup idle down

when tuning carbs you start with the idle jet
for smooth acceleration to about 1/2 throttle
then the main.
remember the top end has all jets feeding fuel in.
 if you find a flat spot in the 1/2 throttle range
 you might need to adjust the clip on the needle.
check the plug color ! 

well, i run 1-2 oz of 100/1 amsoil oil in the tank to back up the
injector.
