PLEASE HELP, rx 50 speed nightmares!

hey there guys i brought a tgb rx50 second hand, the upgrades i have installed are,

-moritech 70 kit (just ran in)
- performance cdi
- tgb performance variator kit
- scooterninja 5g sliders
- 75#main jet
- brand new belt
- leo vince power pipe
- foam air filter

the needle clip is on the first position

the idle and air fuel mixture are all the way in (no more adjustment inwards)
although it wont sit and idle for long before stalling

it hits roughly 70kmh
(it was hitting 70 with the 50cc head and barrel)

it gets there averagely quick but i want more top end (is it not going as fast because its still running in or?)

i also have performance clutch springs that i havent installed yet and a stronger main spring that i also havent installed yet (i have tried them when i had the 50cc head and piston and barrel in but seemed to make it slower.

what i mainly want to do is for my moped to be quick and reach atleast 80ks but anything higher ill be stoked with.

please voice your opinions as im new to mopeds, thanks heaps jayden.

for starters you have  too small of a main jet
the 75 is ok if you have a cylinder kit or a pipe
however when you have pipe , cylinder  & open filter  you need a bigger main jet.

 did you remove the restictor in the air box?
up jetting the stock carb is fine with any one of the major mods, pipe ,cylinder
& filter but really you should use a bigger carb .

ive almost given up on it. i cant get it to run well at all. ive left everything but changed the needle to the 2nd position and jet to #70 and put the stock airfilter with restrictor in place in it and it bogs down and sputters and runs like shit!

Update! I put it back to how I had it in the first post, what size Jet should I buy? That will be better or could I lift the needle to allow more fuel?

tuning is a art & not a science or math that has only one solution .
depending where you live and the weather conditions  and what your set up is
will be different than the same parts in a different location.

i'd start with a range  80-95 on the main .do a plug chop and check the color
