is this a good deal on used Key West?

I am thinking of purchasing a 2010 Key West with 975 miles on it for $1,000.  It was used by a gentleman in his late 80's to tool around.  It has been meticulously maintained and has all paperwork and service receipts.  They also just had it in to the shop for a complete tune up to get it ready to sell.  It includes the helmet, a cover, and oil sump pump.  I was wondering if this model still has the Franco Morini engine?  I can't seem to find too much info on anything after 2009.  Any advice or help is appreciated!  If anyone has better specs on this than the cobra/piersports sites, such as the engine model number or anything else please post let me know.  I looked over the manual and service guides posted online at the cobra site, but not sure if they are for the 2010 model or not.  Should I buy?

Thanks,
Corey

everything is good but what do you mean by
 "oil sump pump" ?

pierspeed was the last importer until TGB said they couldn't sell them anymore.
2009 was the last year they came in to the US.

your best bet is to check kelly blue book price  and make an offer or
 just pay the price.
anyway yes its the morini ... however pierspeed  did have some 4t's  the last year or so they were really into the scooter   importing thing.
