Air filter box

Hello
I have a 2007 TGB Key West.  The hose from the air filter box to the carb is really mangled and does not seal with the carb or the box anymore.  Consequently, I have air getting to the carb that doesn't even go through the air filter.  I am having a very difficult time finding a replacement hose.  I would even order the complete air filter box assembly (hoses, clamps, covers, gasket, screws) if I had to.  But I cannot find any sources for TGB parts that have this.  Is there an alternative aftermarket air filter that would work for this?

Thanks for reading,

too much air makes the fuel mix lean , a very bad condition
that can cause the motor to  seize up.

Hi everyone,
I got a new air filter box thanks to a little help from a fellow forum member.  The scooter runs better but I think I need to adjust the carb which was probably set to compensate for the old leaky air filter box.  It runs well at top speed but quits on a stop.  On a slow down it will suddenly jerk when I hit the gas again.  So i would like to know how to correctly readjust the carb.  Is there a procedure somewhere?

Thanks,
ripsnort

the weird jump going downhill could be worn rollers
open up the side cover and check them for flat spots
they are in in the variator.
