TGB 303r Hawk General Problems

basically, i have a 50cc tgb 303r hawk. first of all the electronic starter button does no work, it did but not properly, now it doesn't even sound like the starter gear thingy inside is engaging (possible a starter or sprag clutch (from what i have been told)), and after a while;e it gives up even trying and making a few different noises coming from various places, there's a little box that makes a funny noise after a while and when you press the button it all just gives up. also when you try and kick-start it it doesn't really work off a cold engine...what parts do i need to replace or fix to get it starting as it should??

also i have been told there is a problem with the automatic choke, but it has just had a new one so i feel it is what ever sends the automatic choke its message is the problem, is this right?? and what would it be, the cdi??

and once it is started i struggle to either keep it running or stop it from revving high and low constantly, what could be the cause of this, could it be the problem with the automatic choke??

so really, what parts do i need to check, get or fix to get it starting and running as it should...its has just had a new carb put on it and i tried putting a k&n filter on it but it didnt run with it on so i have put the stock air intake box back onto it...i do not really know much about engines so please dum down your answers as much as possible please haha

sounds like the battery or battery connections are faulty

there is no message to the choke. it has 2 wires and they are just power
the choke is not a solenoid . it has thermal wax and a spring  the wax heats up
and as it does it lets the spring push a plunger into the choke passage in the carb
takes about 3-5 minuets to fully close. also does not have anything to do with the CDI that is what regulates the spark and sends it to the  coil which makes a bigger spark

dirty carb jets from  bad fuel or maybe a bad plug or cap

1.never put on a open filter
2. if you do it without changing the jets you will
blow up the motor and it can happen within 5 miles
3. if you do it you will have to re tune the carb every time the weather changes from warm to cool and dry to wet.
