How to Lock Steering Column?

Greetings... wondering if all the TGB models are the same, but I am trying to figure out how to lock the steering column?  When I was first checking out the scooters parked outside of the dealer, everyone had the front wheel locked so it would not turn.  I see on the ignition the "lock" option, but I can't get the key to go that far. 

Pretty sure this is a basic "duh" question but I can't find any manual for my scooter, and can't figure it out.  i have a Delivery 150.  Thanks for your help...

It's not a "duh" question.  Push the key into the ignition and then turn to the left.  You may also need to jiggle the handlebars a bit from the "full left turn" position to get the pin and opening to line up inside the machine.

I found this annoying to begin with but have now perfected it on my R50X. Its as simple as pushing down whilst the key is in and turning to the left like rjbosco said, at the same time turn the handlebars left until the key is able to freely move to the lock position. In time you will soon learn where that position is and it will be easy.
