Hi. I'm in a bind. I noticed my battery light has been on for a few days as I was doing farm work so there was a lot of starting and shutting it off.  So I took it out on the road and got about 400 yards and I heard a pop and the unit shut down. Pulled seat and noticed 20 amp fuse had a hole burnt thru it. Tried new fuse and got it to turn over but no spark.  Ordered a coil and cdi units and replaced them. Fired right up then quit and no spark again!!!    The manual is sketchy at best and I've searched internet to no avail.
If anyone can give me some help it would be greatly appreciated as the machine has worked flawlessly since I got it. Thank you

Could it be the rectifier? Not sure on that, but it was the first thing that comes to my mind. I believe the manual tells you how to test it.
