Hi. I am looking for somebody who can confirm the year of manufacturer or my TGB Blade and give mr written evidence to supply to the DVLA.

you can tell year of mfg on most motor vehicles  by the vin..
so use google
find year of atv by vin

sorry, i don't know where the vin is on your ATV
sometimes there is a weird cover on body you pop off
 or near the steering(head) tube .

I know the year of manufacture from the vin plate and chassis number plus ALDI have it in an email from manufacturer but DVLA still won’t accept this. They are saying that I need confirmation from an owners club

as said the posted sites will have the year of mfg.

give them the vin number with a photo of it and a link to the
above listed website.
 they can check and verify
