Hey all.  My mates scooter died while riding the other day.
He took it to a shop.  Guy said it was just the spark plug.
New one in and was running again.  Then it died again.  He said he checked the new plug and it was black.  So he put another new one in it and rode again.  This time it died  but the plug is white.  Any ideas what would be causing such a huge different in plug colour?
Is only got 3000ks on it.
Thanks all.

such a short time to turn black...  massively rich or lots of oil
in the carb or perhaps going in the intake ... usually the oil check valve is stuck

the white plug is troublesome as that could seize the motor .... usually a
massive air leak ... cracked rubber or loose clamps... bad fuel/air mix
