As I post this, there doesn't seem to be much activity on this board...but I'm patient.

I am hoping that someone can provide some advice on a tuning a R50x.  Such as: with a performance pipe and 70cc kit, will I need to upgrade the stock carb?  What's a good weight for the roller weights?  Things like that.  Thanks in advance.

sure, be happy to get you anything from MRP..

also just for your information the R50X has some special
gearing in the rear end, thats the only real difference from the
standard KW or Sunset scoots

best bet is to just go all the way and buy a 70cc,pipe& carb..
not real sure on the stock intake on the R50X , but they are real small on the
stock Sunset or KW scoots.

the pipe is about $210 and 70cc kit is $140  carbs run around $110
these are the parts in the youtube vid in the previous post
