I know you remove the spacer and snip a cable going to the CDI...I'm not certain the color of the wire that must be snipped.
I heard brown...however I heard one guy did it and couldn't start his scooter.
I'm still trying to find out the color as well. I don't want to buy another unrestricted CDI unit since they are like 50 bucks.
