To try and help out myself, as well as all the other scooter noobs on here, would people be able to post their list of modifications in order or important/quality/recommendation to theirselves personally.

Just to try and keep it all in one topic for any beginners.

-thank you

It looks like you are all over this forum so what would be the top 3 or 5 things to do to your r50x after you get it.  The Pipe sounds good and everything but it is like 225.00 plus.  So i have herd get the 70 jets.  And the link you sent to that other guy about the CDI regulators was that the good one or the bad one not to get.  If i get a Clutch what a should i get and for what you get out of it is it worth it?  The variators and the sliding weights good idea?

~Thanks alot sorry about all the questions
just a person trying to find the best BANG! for my buck
   just like you said.

To my knowledge the r50x does not have a CDI restriction.  Mine came only with the washer in the variator.  I got the pipe and have no problem revving to 9000 @ 52mph.  The pipe is the biggest bang for the buck.  If you get the 70cc you will get a little more top end and a lot of bottom end torque but without the pipe the 70cc kit is a waste.  The pipe added a good 15-17mph (speedo indicated,  actual is less) to the top end and made a huge difference in acceleration.  I highly recommend it.

Go a good pipe first, its easy to mod any pipe, just make sure that it goes on a Morini engine. From what I've found all you need to look for is anything that'll go on Suzuki Address or italjet Formula 50 scooters.I personally wouldnt get a MRP pipe for it,unless you want the loudest scooter in town,I put a Tecnigas Next R on mine and it works very well, great mid range, with the right weight rollers in the variator, you just wind up the clutch to about 6500rpm and then let it go.Then go a good 70cc kit,,Polini,Malossi,stage6,for example ,they're all good, personally I've tried the Polini and Malossi kits and I like the Polini 70cc kit more, but its all up to the rider.Remember that it is tuning and what works for me may not work for you.
GOOD LUCK WITH IT,,,,ENJOY THE RIDE

My dealer tried to put a Tecnigas Next R on my R50X and he told me it wouldn't fit (because of the disc brake caliper).  How did you get it to fit?

Hey,
Putting the Tecnigas Next R pipe on the r50x is a little problem, but nothing too bad,I just cut a small section on the header pipe section and put in an extra piece, just enough to go out far enough.Make sure that you make up a jig from the original pipe to give you some idea of the clearance,I took it out just a little more, to make sure that it would fit.If you're no good with tools or you don't have access to welding machine, take it all down to a local metal shop,I'm sure they'll be able to help you.

GOOD LUCK WITH IT,,,,,ENJOY THE RIDE.......

Im looking to put together a few pages of some of my sites to do items that I want certain people admins, mods, etc to be able to see and volunteer for handling.  Basically, it should a list of items and a space next to each one that someone can put down that they will be handling.  Im sure I can figure something out to do this, but is there a mod or something premade that will do this?

Thanks in advance for your help.
