Hi all, new to this forum

My daughter has the above scooter, 08 plate UK, and standard.

We have been having a few problems, mainly the front brake. On 1 or 2 occasions, the brake is staying on !!! Not locking up, but really dragging. Apart from trying to disconnect the calliper...which is a nightmare with the wheel in situ, i have attempted to drain the system of brake fluid, and have now refilled.

The brake still seems to drag a little. My questions are :

What could be causing this ?
How do i remedy this ?
What is the correct procedure to drain and refill the system ?
And is "slight drag" on the brake normal ?

Many thanks in advance, and as much technical info as possible would be great, but in plain old english please  :)

Regards  Ebbey
