the wiring diagram is in the service manual section at the bottom of the
forum homepage.

i can get you parts. look at the parts manuals at the bottom of the forum homepage.

the hardest part of cleaning your carb is removing it from the scooter.
open the seat ,remove the 4 seat bucket bolts

take a picture or write down how the hoses go to the carb
have handy a old golf tee or something to plug the fuel line.

remove the airbox and then the 3 hoses .
be ready to plug the fuel line when you remove it!! its the biggest one.

unscrew the throttle cable at the top of the carb and  pull out the barrel slide.
loosen the last clamp on the intake  and pull out the carb.

get a couple sheets of newspaper and open them up and spray carb cleaner on
the carb and  scrub it with a old tooth brush , spray again  wipe with a paper towel

now before you do anything else carefully screw in the air screw and COUNT THE TURNS
IT TAKES TO HIT BOTTOM!!! write it down. the idle(BIG) screw you can leave in the carb

then its just remove the fuel bowl and then the float (slide out the pin) be careful of
the little needle valve attached to the float tha you don't loose it its tiny.
and then remove the 2 jets ,, spray everything
with carb cleaner and then compressed air . look at  the tiny holes in the jets and make sure
you can see through them , if not  use a wire brush- wire  to poke in the hole &spray again.

remember do this all on the paper so you don't loose anything!!!!

re assemble  in reverse  putting in the slide is a bit tricky
and the clue is the angle cut goes to the airbox side of the carb and you have to line up
a tiny grove in the slide with the one in the carb.

that being said  a bad plug  can have symptoms like a dirty or out  of adjustment carb
and it never hurts to have a new plug every other year or 1000 miles or 1,500km...
