Well, recently I found out that the Outback is made on a Suzuki Eiger frame. I bought myself a winch and since this particular winch came with a free mount kit, I ordered it with an Eiger kit. It bolted right up. No modifications necessary. Every aspect of that mount kit was as if it was the one marked for the Outback. Saved myself the 80 something dollars that the Outback kit costs. Good info for anyone else who ownes one of these quads.
