Delivery 150 Need Kick starter pedal and Red touch up paint

Delivery 150 Need  Kick starter pedal and Red touch up paint. I can see it on the parts list and the touch up paint from the accessories list but my local dealer no longer is a Perispeed/TGB dealer and says he can't get the parts
