  Hi, I have a 2012 TGB 125 Express and I have a flat
front tire. It seems simple enough, remove caliper,
remove wheel , repair tire, but, after removing the
caliper bolts, I found that there is not enough space
between the outer edge of the brake disc and the
inside of the wheel rim to remove the brake caliper.
I am guessing the inside brake pad must be removed
in order to remove the caliper. Please advise , whats
the trick, secret to removing the caliper. please help.

usually i remove the axle bolt and side out the  wheel
also helps to open the bleed nut and push the piston / pad back
when removing or reinstalling .

tires are  important  to do right, both for road safety and work safety.
and scooter tires are not as easy as it looks, you still need a  manual
tire tool  & bead breaker  ~ i don't recommend the  MC spoons & soft blow
hammer method !

I have been advised to loosen the front brake disc, by Australian TGB dealer. Dome shaped allen heads are soft, rounded out
2 of them, waiting on removal tools. Will replace bolts with
hex head bolts. On most bikes these bolts never need removing.
Removed brake line and removed wheel.
