Starts and idles wont stay running

I have a Key west TGB and it was running well for a couple days. Now it starts great and idles great, however after it have been driven a few hundred yards it will choke itself out. We have replaced the battery and fuel filter. Now what?

when it dies  does it sound like its running out of gas ( fuel issue)
 or just dies abruptly ?which would be electrical or ignition  issues.
 when was the last time you replaced the spark plug?
