TGB Delivery "Problems"

Hello there!

Alex from Norway here. Ive just got hold of an 2009 delivery from my old workplace. Like it very but i have a problem with keeping up with traffic here in the city. Do you have any hints on how to make the scooter go any faster? and please don't say by the 125cc

have the restictors been removed?
 check the variator for the ring between the 2 half's of the pulley.
