Hi,

My Rev counter has stopped working
The dealer mentioned something about having to fit a Diode to it, apparently this is a known problem.
I can do the job myself, but I cant find out anything about it
Can anybody tell me anything about this, or where it needs fitting ?

Cheers

Nick

this is the first time i've heard of  replacing/adding  a  diode.
since you have a lead with that dealer i'd ask him more questions

Thanx Oily, but he aint that helpful, unless it involves relieving me of cash !
So Im trying to keep away if possible.
The bike was new last year, and the rev counter just packed in, have you heard of any other reasons for this ?
