101s wont start

  2007 101s wont start, spark ok, 100 psi compression, carb cleaned out, engine turns over ok, plug does not seem to be getting much fuel if any??

well poor fuel flow is ;
poor vacuum -- not opening valve or keeping valve open
check for cracks in hose's and everything is connected well
check  fuel flow by sucking (or use a syringe) on VACUUM LINE
note the amount of fuel flowing from fuel line.

clogged fuel line/filter or could be  a faulty shut off valve
(but the first 2 are 99.99% of the time)

Just tried the vacuum pipe suction on pipe plenty of fuel, any other ideas please?
Also cleaned out the air filter and box.

does the auto choke work? is it plugged in?

  got the scooter goin couldn't find the fault maybe blocked filter carby?
cannot get the scooter to tick over few questions please ?
1. which slot should the carby needle be set at?
2. how many turns on the air screw carby?

TGB 101s problems again??
Wont start just backfires every now and again any ideas please???

is everything stock or what?
perhaps a bad coil..
does it have spark all the time?
also check for air leaks. did you clean & oil the filter
 will it fire and run if you give it a shot of starting fluid?

Just checked compression very low (15psi)
another new cylinder kit (time to put original exhaust back on)
