101r de-restricting

I recently opened up my 101r to clean the carburettor, and i found that the carburettor has a little golden fingerturn knob, my guess would be that it controls the amount of fuel going through the carburettor, if i turn the knob, then it should increase the amount of fuel going to the engine and also increase the rpm, i have the original TGB exhaust, i also wanted to remove the ring that limits the amount of fuel going into to engine but it was too difficult to access. So i thought i should try turning that knob first, i plan to do it in spring.

I also added a picture of the carburettor.

the big screw that sticks out of the carb is the idle adjustment
the mix screw is the tiny one that is recessed .
i do not know of any carb restriction except that the main jet is smaller than it should be..
there is also a "wedding ring" restrictor in the variator

i sanded the inside of the carburettor to make it as smooth as possible, increases maximum speed a little.
