give it a tiny spray of starter fluid right into the airbox,
because it will fire so easily  it will tell you if you have spark
and if it runs for a second or three and dies that tells you  its
a fuel problem.

or check to see if you have spark  i use a LED to test the spark
at the plug

 good luck!

Thanks i will have to try that.   I changed the weights to 10 gram d sliders about 2 weeks ago that should not have any effect on anything that I can think of I'm guessing that's just coincidental
               Thanks again Jeff

10gr is heavy perhaps a bit too much   ...
did you lose any take off speed?

a little not too bad though  it pulls the hills a lot better now and i think a little top end increase hard to tell for sure  how much, since the speedometer is not accurate one guy i work with was riding next to me on his Harley signaling we were doing 40mph were on a slight decline too

I have spark , it wont fire though.  I don't have a compression gauge but i can use kick starter with my hand very easily. I am guessing not enough compression, so this is beyond anything I'm equipped for so I went to the dealer I bought it from he is going have a local motor sports shop see if he can help out, he has already told me he is going to work with me on the labor cost because its barely out of warranty I purchased it new in 08

that sounds odd to me, the dealer you bought it from
doesn't work on the scooters he sells?   its the law
in most states that if your a dealer you must offer service
for the products you sell.

He does what he can and has been a big help if he cant resolve something quickly he ma farm it out just so he doesnt make the scooter owner wait too long   time is not something he has a lot of now since  he had to take over the family business plus mrp pulled his account  because he would not  buy the amount they wanted him to
