Hi

Newbie here!!! Just interested to know if the TGB Engine numbers have any correspondence to the GY6 engine numbers. e.g. - 152QMI / 157QMJ / 1P52QMI /1P57QMJ

My Engine number is GL9 103272 which is totally different.

I am looking at changing the final drive gear and I am have trouble locating a gear for my TGB 101r 150cc other than a GY6 gear that is recommended for a totally different engine number.

Hope this makes sense

I ride a TGB 304 125cc. The serial number of my engine is gy8 106662.Looking at diagrams of a 125cc 152qmi engine on a scooter spares website it looked the same as mine so I presume it's a 152qmi version of the gy6. Ihave never come across informatiom explaining exactly which one is which it's all very vague like there's something we shouldn't know about. Sorry  this doesn't help much best check with a dealer first to make sure you get the right parts.
