use compressed air , a magnet on a rod
and if possible remove the motor from the scooter so
you can turn it over /upside down  if  it still locks up.

as for parts let me know what you need , i ship internationally.

Thanks for your reply!! Well I've done as u said!! I had already removed the motor from the bike it's cleaned out real well but I found two needle rollers in the bottom with the dwarf and now I can see the gap in the con rod where it fits to the crank and the needle rollers move in the gap that is there and they move sideways a little locking it up again the con rod is straight though but the crank is scored slightly :( so what do u think I should do now worth separating it all and changing rod and crank and bearings??? Or another engine?? Also does a 302 engine fit my 202 2007??? :)

splitting the case is fairly easy , sucking the crank & bearings
out of the case is a little tuff  , and if i go that far i just put in
a new crank /bearings.
last time i checked a new crank /bearings /seals kit
ran about $160-175  . add a new 70cc kit and for about $425
you would have more scooter than the engine swap and probably cheaper.
