rev limiter not working! and can you change speed from kph to mph!

my rev limiter will only move when i first turn on bike! ( when it sets itself) ,
can you change the speed to mph?

and where is the restrictor on one of these?

the cdi and the wedding ring are the restictors.
 no way that you can change the speedo from reading kph to mph
that i know of.

Hold both of the black buttons that are on the dashboard in and it will change from kph to mph vice-versa.
Just make sure you have it on total miles when you hold the buttons in.

Is the wedding ring on the variable or clutch?
