hello
i am having problems with my r50x, when it gets up to a hot temp the spark plug will start to miss sparks and aparently do something with the stator and put the timing out!
if anyone has any ideas would be a big help!

stator or trigger coil timing is not changeable .
as a magnet goes by the exciter coil it sends a pulse
to the cdi which fires the coil sending a spark to the plug.
have you replaced your plug and checked the plug wire & cap?

Yes i have checked the spark and the wire! It also is getting very very hot?

normal for the wire to heat up ,its near the cylinder.
perhaps your cdi might be faulty and is intermittently missing
when it gets warm?
what year is your R50x?

yes when its hot? and it is 2010 and has only done 400 km!
