I looked and didn't find any other post about this.  I (I think) have a bent front rim from an unfortunate spill.  It's not horribly bent but does cause a wobble in the scooter at higher speeds.  Looking to replace the from rim but am having trouble finding a replacement rim.  Ideas on websites to search for such?  Thanks.  Here is the information on the rim itself that I recorded:  MT3.50X10DOTTGB7E-09RS Help on decifering the code is welcome too.  I'm pretty sure that it is and MT3 50 by 10mm size. No?  Thanks again.

Thanks oilyhans,

Yeah, the spill was more operator error than bad conditions.  Very low speed.  It happened a while back.  To be honest, I was in the driveway.  Thanks for the email as well.  It sounds like you will be able to help.
