you have 3 things to match on the cable
both ends and the length
but if you want i can get you a new genuine TGB cable.

It is a 2007 and can get you the VIN# around 1pm Central time. Also, I was wondering about Walmart, Super Tech 2 cycle engine oil and super tech outboard 2 cycle engine oil. I need to add more into moped.

And yes, I clearly dont know anything about mopeds.

don't worry about the vin .

as for oil, i like amsoil interceptor 2 cycle or
opti-2 ,  or any semi / full synthetic  oil

don't cheap out  spend the couple of bucks extra for the good
stuff  & cut down the smoke & smell
you should only use about 1- 2 bottles a year depending where you live

i'll  email you with the info..

springs, what about them? they are there to take some hard banging
out when you bottom out..

why is there so much oily muck  on your motor ?
do you have a leak or was somebody just that sloppy?
anyway you should clean it up  so a guy can see whats
really going on under it..

Yeah not really sure why there is so much oil everywhere. I opened the storage area and unscrewed the bottom which there was oil all over that too. Ill probably spray some degreaser on it and wash it off to see where or if an oil leak is happening or if the old owner did a bad job of refilling the oil.
