Not sure where you are posting from but I had the same problem and found a place. I live in Alberta Canada and found a place called Go 4 it sales based in Okotoks Alberta. Here is their website http://www.go4itsales.ca. With them you make an order and then they contact you to arrange shipping. They will also allow you to pick it up locally.
