2006 keywest losing fire

i have a 2006 keywest with only 375 miles on it.it will have fire at the plug and start fine after you ride about 100 yards it loses fire,i push it back home check the fuses and wait a while and it regains fire,i start it up it runs about 100 yards again and loses fire again.has anyone else ever had this problem any help would be appreciated

could be runing to rich and fouling out the spark plug...

bad cdi or spark plug 
 bad cdis will work ok when they are cold but after a few hundred
 cycles of charge & discharge they get hot
and will not take a charge.

  usually a fouled plug stays fouled
