how to derestrict a 2014 TGB R50X 50cc scooter

Hi, Can any one tell me what is needed to derestrict a 2014 TGB R50X 50cc scooter! picking one up for my son.. next few days!

not much you can do  remove the wedding ring and put on a new cdi
up jet if you can
 i have some cdi's if you want one
i own a scooter shop  with rentals ,sales& racing parts.
i also appraise scooters for KBB.

Harry,, Do you have a CDI that's been tested on the new TGB R50X 2014/2015 models! Had the bike derestricted but can not go past the 80000 revs need one that goes about 10000, Would this get a bit more speed out of it ?? thanks...
