Engine Diagram
on:
November 15, 2015, 11:26:20 AM
I recently purchased a TGB Sunset 50cc. Been reading the forums for tips but am not having luck with knowing exactly which parts are being talked about when troubleshooting on my scooter.
Does Anyone have a link to a diagram or pics of labeled parts? I want to be able to adjust and tune my scooter but need to know I'm identifying correctly. I've read that all TGB 50ccs have the same engine but have had no luck in searching the internet.
Thanks for any help.

Took a look, but there is not one for the Sunset specifically, plus I am not the greatest at deciphering those drawings. Was hoping someone had pics. Mainly need to make sure I have correctly identified the gas and air valve screws on my scooter.

Does the Sunset have a restricted CDI? I looked around and couldn't identify a cdi as I've seen on videos for other scooters. I'm having the general losing power and shutting down (still messing with the idle and mixture levels but not fixing).
Seen advice about cleaning air filter, so will get a new one because I probably should anyway.
Also, I have discovered a mystery hose on the inside of the frame attached to nothing. Looks like it could go to the air filter casing, but not seeing anything that matches the other end.
