Slider weight question

I have a Key West stock but with an unrestricted CVT. I live in an area with some hills. My top end is about 40mph now. I'd like a little more top end speed without losing too much speed on hills. I'm about 240lbs and was wondering if 8gram sliders would be heavy enough for me.

well for your circumstances  i'd go lower for a faster take off
how low ?  maybe down to 4 or 5 .
if you go high you loose more low end,  slower  take off
and not so good hill climbing.
buy some cheap round rollers and zero in  then buy some sliders.
i own a scooter shop  with rentals ,sales& racing parts.
i also appraise scooters for KBB.
