Is anyone else having problems getting hold of parts from their dealers. I have waited the best part of a year for a replacement for an upper handlebar cover that got cracked last summer. Am I just dealing with a bad dealer, or is there a problem with parts from TGB/Peirspeed right now?

whats the model & year & color or
a part # if you have it
i own a scooter shop  with rentals ,sales& racing parts.
i also appraise scooters for KBB.

Delivery 50cc, yellow, 2007. Part number is 401610YE. If you can find out, I would greatly appreciate it, Harry.

Just wanted to thank Harry through this board for the help he has given me in obtaining parts for my bike.
