No fule going to carb

I have fule in the tank but the bike won’t start. I think it might be he carb it I’m not sure??

check the fuel shut off is working .
it needs vacuum that comes from the carb .

remove fuel line at carb. put it in a coke bottle.
remove vac line from carb.
use a syringe or suck on the vac line.
fuel should come out the fuel line.
