Newbie question: Is this really the 2018 model?

Hi guys! Can anyone confirm whether this is actually the 2018 model? https://www.atvrom.ro/atv/tgb-blade-1000lt-efi-4x4-eps-2018 My friend says its not but the sales representative claims that it is. I've been burned before and I want to take all precautions before going any further with this dealer.

you have to look at the VIN NUMBER to really know what year of mfg.

that being said  many scooters ,atv and MC are the  the same from
year to year and are made for decades with no changes.
if its NOS  you have no worries
