My 2008 key west is stalling out and has a loss of power once it warms up. Any idea's? 600 miles on it now. Sometimes it's hard to start.

Sounds like its running rich.  Have a professional look at the carb.  What you can do is get a new spark plug.  Start and warm up the bike on the old spark plug.......then install the new one.   Ride at full throttle for 15 minutes and then while travelling full speed hit the engine kill switch, coast to a stop and check the plug.  If its black or sooty then its running rich.  You can also try doing this at 1/4 throttle to check the lower rpm band for richness.  If you need more info do a search for "plug chop"

Yep, that seems like the problem. How do I fix it enough to get to the dealer across town. It will only run til it warms up.

runs fast until (choked) warms up and then will die ..keeps stalling out..
can be the idle screw or the mix screw
but sounds like the idle is too low  turn it in a 1/8th turn at a time

NOTE: you can't do a chop on a new plug ,it won't read the correct color
