I know this was way overdue of a belt for sure! I can see the rubber marking on the variator are about 2 mm from the top of the sheave. I do have new rollers which will be here tomorrow as well.
One question I do have is the little rubber guides shown in the diagram below were completely missing, I did not lose them in disassembly, it looks like they were never there to start with, are they critical at all?

Also, My dad at one time said he cut a brown wire to derestrict the CDI. I'm not sure how true this is but after he did that the scooter ran very lean and would stall out if the throttle was fully opened. It ran fine before. I put in 67.5 main and that solved the top end, I'm just wondering if that is maybe a touch rich? The plug is a yellowish brown. I do have a 65 main on hand, but that may be a project for a different day.
