Intergrated turn signal modification

I see where some owners have converted from the external turn signals to the integrated ones. How does one go about making this modification? Is it documented anywhere?

I just removed the external flashers and used the bulbs in the integrated. It's a little difficult to figure out how to get the integrated bulbs.. but it's been too long since I did to explain it in detail. It wasn't that difficult though.
