Wheel Alignment

Good Morning,
My front wheel does not seem to be aligned with the steering wheel - does anyone know an easy fix other than taking it to the shop?

hold the wheel still with your legs or up against a sign post
then twist the handle bars.
or remove the plastic and loosen the nut,
adjust the bars then tighten the nut, replace the plastic.
