The 70cc question

So the evil Harry has tempted me into thinking that a 70cc upgrade isn't such a bad idea, and I am looking at
http://whidbeyislandmoped.com/cart/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=1&products_id=5

My question for (the evil) Harry is:
What do I get in terms of performance over what I have now? Am I going to want a bigger carb? Does it ever end? A different final drive gear was mentioned....would I have to do this too?

What tools do I need to do this?

i may be a mischievous imp ,but i'm not totally evil  :D

with your elevation i would just try up jetting  , but it never hurts to
go with a bigger carb.

you will gain torque and more speed in the whole range ,off the line, mid
throttle and at WOT.

a 10mm deep socket  and 13mm(i think) to remove the pipe,
some long nose pliers to remove the 'c' clip on the wrist pin

Is there a run-in time or anything? Do you just start it up when you are done?

i always put 3oz of oil in the tank for break in, vary the throttle don't
go over 3/4 throttle for more than 30-45 seconds (i can't resist a
quick blast to feel the total power!)  don't hold the throttle at one position
for very long. basically it gets broken in like a new motor.

3 oz. oil in the fuel tank? When you say "break in like a new engine," what do you mean? I am soooo close but I would need to do this very quickly!
