there 2 lines at the carb that go to the valve
one (biggest hose)is the fuel line ,it comes from the fuel shutoff
one, usually a bit smaller hose comes from the carb
to the shutoff

and of course one hose comes from the bottom  tank to the shutoff.

looks like you have a 4 tube  shutoff
the one that is bent is the vacuum line it
goes to the back of the carb.
2 others are for fuel .
one will have the filter this is the fuel out flow .

*this is a dealer trick to prevent soft seizing new or rebuilt motors.*
before you start up the scooter add 3 oz of 2 stroke oil to the gas tank.
this will keep you from seizing up the piston.
i usually add some gas into the  measuring cup before pouring oil into the tank.

2t mikuni carbs have 3 "pipes"
one on the top near the tower usually the largest is for fuel
then on the engine side of the carb there is a slightly smaller tube
that is for the vacuum
and finally there is a tiny brass tube that is for the oil line.

yes, TGB's also have a oil  inlet on the intake manifold
it 's a 90 degree one ,sorry i forgot to tell you that before.
so you will have 2 small 1/8" oil lines going
to the intake and carb

older TGB's had 2 oil lines to the intake but in '06 they made the fix..

the TGB uses a slightly bigger stock battery(5) than the standard scooter(4lbs).
adding the oil to the gas is very important!!!
