Does anyone know anything about changing the crank seals? I haven't bought the parts yet but just want to know if there is any common problems I might come across. Any tips for splitting the case/ removing engine etc?  I will need to know the torque ratings etc. any help / previous expreience would be apreciated.
Cheers :)

that would be called the service manual. ;)

this is what the manual says;
F. Pull the Oil Seal (1) of LH crank
Shaft with a screw driver and
remove the oil seal by tapping.

you will find torque specs listed as such;
Tighten rear wheel nut (7) and
washer (8)
Screw Torque: 600-900 kg.cm

look at the parts as you take them off  and get a good mental
picture of how it fits or use your cell camera.
put the screws in the holes they came out of or tape them
to the part they hold on.
that usually works for me  ;D
because i hate it when there are too many screws and you have some left!  ???
