Recently I have a loss of power on my 150cc R9. I am due for regular maintenance so I am going to start with all new fluids, spark plug, and air filter. I have already cleaned the carb and that helped a little bit. I also removed the autochoke a while back because I was having issues with it. What other things should I be looking at for the power loss? My top speed used to be 70+mph and now I am about 50mph and it is really slow off the line and it was pretty quick before.

your belt might be worn  .
the weights might have flat spots.

Do you know the specs for stock belt and weights?

So far I have replaced the air filter, spark plug, engine oil, and tranny fluid but it is still running slow. I am going to clean the carb and replace the weights and belt soon, but life got in the way so I have just been riding slow. It still has more power than a 50cc so it isn't too bad. Still wondering if anybody knows what teh stock weights are and wondering if anybody knows where to get new carb jets.
